Most consumer brand expansions don't fail because of bad products. They fail because no one finds the real constraint before the capital, the budget or the interest run out.

Whether you are launching a new brand or trying to revive one that has lost momentum, the question is always the same: how do you build profitable, sustainable growth instead of a temporary spike?

The Problem You See

You are a founder, CEO, or brand owner at one of two inflection points.

You are either building from zero, and the pressure to scale is outrunning the foundation beneath you. Or you are running an established brand whose growth has stalled or begun to decline, and the usual fixes are not working.

In both cases, the fog is the same: too many variables, too many opinions, and not enough clarity about where to move first.

How I can Help

I spent over three decades inside one of the world's most demanding brand systems, Coca-Cola, running projects and operations across more than thirty countries, based in Buenos Aires, Miami, Bogotá, Atlanta, Istanbul, Mexico City, and Curitiba. My final assignment was as CEO of a one-billion-dollar Brazilian bottling company.

Then, after I read “The Goal”, I joined the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization and I met Eli Goldratt. The fog lifted … for me. I learned how to evaporate clouds. However, entrenched paradigms, policies and practices persist in the fogged-up eye-glasses of prospects, principals and participants to this day.

I have seen what separates brands that compound locally or internationally for decades from those that spike and fade. It is almost never the product. It is almost always a constraint hidden in the fog. And the Artificial Intelligence explosion is shining bright light through the fog.

And there will always be room to do what only humans can do: Ask the right questions.

How I Work

1. I can Diagnose Using targeted questions and the VSION diagnostic model I can rate the five pillars of brand strength. Together, we discuss and identify your primary constraint with precision. I use questions, not templates. I don’t use frameworks borrowed from consultants or a different industry.

2. We can Prioritize Together, we can rank the interventions that will move the needle, in the order that protects your capital and accelerates your path to profitable growth.

3. We can Execute Through my global network of operators and specialists, I can help you move from diagnosis to action, without losing momentum between strategy and the market.

Our Goal It’s not a one-shot campaign. It’s not a rebrand. It’s not a report that sits on a shelf.

Together, we find profitable, sustainable brand growth strong enough to compound for decades. Now and into the future.
